What does preorder mean?
A preorder reserves Beach Bonita before the first production run is complete. Your order helps La Vianué reach the 500-unit goal needed to begin the first batch.
Am I charged now?
Yes. Preorders are charged at checkout through Stripe. Your final total is shown before you confirm payment.
When will Beach Bonita ship?
Estimated to ship 8-10 weeks after the preorder goal is reached and production is complete.
Where can I preorder?
Preorders are currently available only for shipping addresses in Canada and the United States.
How are shipping and taxes handled?
Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable. Your final total is shown before you complete payment.
What happens if the 500-unit goal is not reached?
La Vianué will send an email update with next steps. If the brand does not move forward with production, preorder customers will receive a refund.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes. You may cancel your preorder for a refund before your order enters fulfillment. Email contact@lavianue.ca and include the email address used at checkout.
How do I update my shipping address?
Email contact@lavianue.ca as soon as possible if your shipping address changes after you place your preorder.
How will I receive updates?
Order confirmations, campaign milestones, production updates, and tracking notices will be sent by email.
